We held our first Fiáin Flow retreat this passed September 2024 at Inc Hideaway Cork and it was a beautiful weekend of Yoga, Connection and Nourishment by the Sea.

Looking forward to 2025, the plan is to host a Surf and Yoga retreat on the West Coast of Ireland in late Summer/Autumn. Currently on the hunt for the ideal location with accommodation, space for yoga practice, and a fairly consistent beach break.
