Techno Yoga @ The Joga Club

I first started teaching Techno Yoga Classes at the Marina Markets in Cork in 2022 and it has since began growing in popularity throughout the Country.

I wanted to share my love for all types of Dance Music and combine it with an invigorating movement practice. I had found solace in in hours of deepening my Yoga practice with loud Music during Covid, when attending gigs and dancing in clubs was off-limits for a little while.

The modern-day busy lifestyle is full of distractions and multi-tasking, and I found practicing Yoga with music can help to anchor our focus, rather than take away from the experience.

My Techno flows are designed to help you drop in to your physical being, open up your mind and allow your body to respond to Music intuitively. Open to all levels, however some previous experience of Yoga would be beneficial.
